Each week we do our best to give all kiddos a memorable and encouraging experience in a safe and caring environment. We don’t just believe kids are the future of the Church – they are the Church right now, ready to contribute and inspire in their own unique ways.
Your First Visit
Kid Check-In stations are located in three locations: Kids Center lobby, preschool department, and in the nursery. You can check in your whole family at any of these spots. Our team will guide you through the process of inputting family information such as names, ages/grades, and allergies. Each child is given a unique nametag that is used as a security measure for pick-up as well as a reminder about any allergies or special accommodations your child needs.
Early Childhood
Our nursery and preschool departments are full of background-checked, trained, and responsive volunteers ready to take care of your youngest family members.
The nursery is located on the ground level of the gym building and is available to newborns – toddler 3’s*. We will do our best to accommodate your child’s sleep and eating schedules and surround them with age-appropriate toys, friends, and learning experiences.
The preschool/kindergarten department is located on the 2nd floor of the gym building and is available to preschool 3’s* – kindergarten. Kids are engaged through music, PE, and fun Bible stories to encourage early learning of who God is and how much Jesus loves them!
Wednesdays: Nursery & Benson’s Buddies (PK/K), 6:30p-7:45p
Sundays: Nursery & Worship for Littles, 9:30a-10:45a; Nursery & Grow Classes 11a-12p
*If your child was born before September 1st they will go with the preschool 3’s. If they were born after September 1st they will go with the toddler 3’s.
1st – 6th Graders
Our 1st-6th grade program offers many opportunities for young students to have a great time while learning about the love of Jesus, serving others, discovering their gifts, and building lifelong relationships. All of our shepherds have been background-checked and trained to specifically interact with this age group.
During the 9:30am services, kids gather in the Kids Center for Kids Worship. This is a time filled with live music, drama, interactive Bible lessons, small group discussions and games.
At 11am, kids move upstairs for grade-assigned Sunday school classes and Kids Quizzing class. These are times when kids get the chance to dig deeper into their Bibles and build small-group relationships with their peers and teachers.
Check-in and pick-up both happen in the Kids Center Lobby, where a Children’s Greeter will assist you in creating a login or getting you checked in quickly. Each child is given a nametag sticker that corresponds with a parent copy so we make sure our kids are leaving with the right parent or guardian.
Wednesday Nights
We all have questions about God, prayer, the Bible, and many more about our Christian faith, so why not talk about them through Faith Questions? On Wednesday Nights, the kids pick the faith questions they want to learn about and then we spend the school year discovering and discussing answers to those questions. Class begins at 6:30pm in the Kids Center and once we get going we split into two groups: 1st – 4th Grade and Mix 56.
